understanding of the Australian legal market, in-house secondments, and best practice HR and legal talent management.
Chloe is experienced working with Partners and senior executives providing both strategic and generalist HR business partner advice, delivering cyclical HR processes and implementing HR projects.
Leading graduate recruitment campaigns and managing all HR aspects of a graduate lifecycle within a top tier firm.
She also provided strategic HR consulting to a not-for-profit organisation on remuneration, retention, and talent management frameworks.
Chloe holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and applies a commercial and analytical approach when influencing and managing stakeholders.
